Parliament and Elections

this week we've been talking bout elections and parliament, ya. I didn't know that much about that kinda stuff so, ya I've learnt a lot.
I learnt that every 3 years (in New Zealand this day is on a Saturday which is convenient) you go to a pooling booth and cast your vote.
I learnt that you can only vote if you are- 18 years of age. Also all New Zealand citizens and permanent residents.
I learnt that new Zealand is divided into 70 special areas.


I also learnt quite a lot more! :D
but ya

reading challenges

this term we have a new bunch of reading challenges and ive read 5 books this term including in the holidays.
 some of the reading challenges ive done are..

•  family challenge - my mum recomended a book for me
• ... thats all

im reading the divergent series at the moment though.. im on the second book so when im finished the third book thats another reading challenge completed :D 

favourite sports...

I have lots of favourite sports
i cant go with 1 so im doing all of them

SWIMMING
i swim for TAWA swimming club and FYI its WWWAAAAYYYY better than karoi pirates
i wim at least 3 times a week for an hour and a half

NETBALL
i play netball every saturday
im in the A team - the thistles XD
in my team is Aisling, Ashling, Veronica, Xara, Kelsey, Aimee
we have practices every Thursday and Wednesday

TUMBLING/ GYMNASTICS
i do tumbling every Saturday afternoon with Ashling
tumbling is like gymnastics with flips and stuff
i've really improved since i first started!
i really enjoy it

i love all these sports and want to continue them for as long as possible!

i only have a small part in the prouduction
i only have to say 2 lines
im agent 1 :D the number 1 agent


Im also in the chair dance and im in the dance elective so I have to help a lot with the other classes dances
im also in the ending scene for the le it go song
i have to sing the chourus
uhhh

im also helping room 4 with their dance- everything is awesome
