I'm Obessed!!!

Yes I know, it's not good for you.
But it's calling me...... I know it.

Isn't it normal?!

Everyone has that electronic that the just can't spend a night without.
I'm suverly suffering!!! I can't live without it.
But just don't you think it's unfair!
Because our parents are always on their Phones much,
so why can't we be too!!?
It just bugs me.

And get this
Mum doesn't even let us go on them during the whole WEEK!!!
I know, I know, your probably wondering how I suurvive
But thats another story.
Even in the weekends when we are allowed on them she'll say
"thats it, no ipad for the rest of the day"

YAY I did maths

STATS!!! UHHHHHHHH

 

 It's not my opinion to write about maths,
But I don't have a choice so here it goes.....

The other day we had a Statistics test on what we had learnt,
 I surprising did really well!
93% WOOOHOOOO



The test was reveiwing mean, median, mode and range.
We also had to do bar graphs,
histograms, stem and leaf graphs,
scatter graphs, those kinda things.
I think I got lucky this term because before we started on the topic,
I had forgotten what all these were.

I think I have improved on mean, median, mode and range.
But sometimes my mind jumbles when we do graphs.


I think I still need work on controlling my protractor
and understanding my compass.

Going on the mat with Ms Bolger helped me,
she helped me understand everyting I didn't understand
she helped me with...... very helpful!

EOTC- done

BYE BYE EOTC HELLO HELLO YEAR 8'S

E.O.T.C was a really amazing experience for us year 7's.

we all got to spend more time together,

and get to know our fellow classmates.

I found our walk up Mt  Kaukau the most challenging but still loved going down :P

It was a great way the exercise and still be able to have fun with all your friends!

The easiest activity for me was either camp fire cooking at Camp Kaitoke 

or controlling cameras at Capital E.

Either or.... still easy but fun. :)

NNOOOOO it was totally not what i expected!

i never thought how fun capital E would be when i turned out to have such an amazing role!

i also thought sailing would be super boring but it was fun as!

My proudest moment was at Camp Kaitoke and we were kayaking.....

when our instructor told us to try and stand up...

i did it for about 1 minute which i was very proud of!! woop woop

until i fell in.

My favourite moment in eotc week were both activities on Tuesday and Wednesday

sailing i loved heaps!!!!!

and i really enjoyed kayaking in the little pond at Camp Kaitoke!

so overall i really really enjoyed EOTC

It was a week full of friendship,

happiness

AND SELFIES!!!!

Just keep swimming

JUST KEEP SWIMMING

Now our weekly routine,

SWIMMING!!!!

Every Tuesday morning years 8,7,6,5 and i think 4's go to Kilberne pool!!

I'm lucky enough to be in kayaking with my friends, Eva, Jessica and Veronica.

We have been practising how  to capsize and slip out of the kayak.

We practise paddling around in circles to get control with our kayak.

And last week we got to use the paddles!!!

And we paddled aroung in circles.

I don't know if I'm improving on anything yet though!

I can't wait for next lesson!

Wonder what we'll do?????????????
